We offer free cancellation up to 24 hours before your scheduled tour departure. Cancellations within 24 hours receive a 50% refund. Tours cancelled due to weather conditions receive a full refund or free rescheduling.

We monitor weather conditions closely. If conditions are unsafe, we'll cancel the tour and offer a full refund or free rescheduling. Light rain doesn't typically cancel tours - we provide rain ponchos when needed.

Yes, we provide all necessary safety equipment including first aid kits, emergency communication devices, and weather-appropriate gear. For Kjerag Boulder tours, we provide additional safety equipment for the more challenging terrain.

Most tours start at 8:00 AM from Stavanger city center. Sunrise tours start earlier (typically 4:00-5:00 AM depending on season). Exact meeting times and locations are provided in your confirmation email.

Tour durations vary: Preikestolen Classic (8 hours), Preikestolen Sunrise (6 hours), Stavanger Coastal Explorer (4 hours), Kjerag Boulder (10 hours). This includes transportation, hiking time, and breaks.

Please arrive 15 minutes early. If you're running late, call us immediately at +47 999 99 999. We can sometimes wait 10-15 minutes, but cannot delay the entire group for late arrivals.

Most tours include snacks and water. The Preikestolen Sunrise tour includes breakfast. For full-day tours, we recommend bringing additional snacks or lunch. Specific details are provided for each tour.
